Renision Gold, Toms Gully Gold ("TGM") Mine, Kakadu, Northern Territory

Logcon were engaged by TGM to undertake the following site based services:

• Provision of purchasing and cataloguing services;
• A team of three people mobilised to site to undertake the assignment;
• Reviewed purchasing and stores systems;
• Analyse and optimise stores data base to allow for the efficient identification of equipment/materials;
• Recatalogue store based equipment/materials make more efficient;
• Recommend processes to introduce contestability in their purchasing;
• Prepare electronic store managemen plan;
• Prepare receipting and return procedure for site.
