Hatch and Associates - Nautilus Mineral, Solwara 1 project Papua New Guinea

Logcon where engaged by Hatch to:

  • Undertake the design and write a Supplier Prequalification process for the project for use on Major Procurement packages. Typical value of these packages ranged from $2 Million (Agitators) up to $20 Million.
  • Undertake the design and write Request For Tender ("RFT) documents and procedures for Major Procurement packages ranging from $2 Million (Agitators) up to $20 Million per package.
  • Manage major tender packages: RFT, Notices, Tender Opening, Evaluation and Recommendation.
  • Average value of package were $10 Million each including Rod and Ball Mill, Filter Press, Thickener, Flotation Cells and Regrind Mills.
