Logcon were engaged by PT Petrosea to undertake the following site based services: 

Analyse current supply chain methods to Petrosea’s Gunung Bayan Project site including the feeder warehouses at Balikpapin and on route. Recommend improvements/cost savings to President – Director/Operations Manager.

Evaluate current systems and implement competitive bidding for excavators and tip trucks and associated equipment items. Review current procurement practises.

Increase warehouse capacity of remote Warehousing site.

Train Indonesian nationals (12 storeman) and Purchasing Superintendent in correct receipting, procurement and materials management processes applicable to equipment/consumables onsite.
