Thiess Sedgman Joint Venture ("TJV"), Major EPC Contractor, Coal Handling Plants

Logcon were engaged by TSJV within their Centralised Procurement Group (CPG). 5 major EPC Contracts. $900M.

Activties undertaken were:

  • specify and recommend processes specific to automating elements of in house e-procurement system. Strategic Sourcing, Tender, Award, Expediting, Inspection, Field Procurement and Materials Control. 
  • Develop and compile e-books (Procurement plans, Construction Plan, Materials Management and Field Procurement plans).
