Penso "Project Tendering"  allows full transparency of processes. It has events logging, milestone tracking and manages commercial risk via its automated RFT's - RFI - Clarifications - NTT's - Tenders process . It is designed by professionals managing multi million dollar tender packages for the Purchaser on meduim to large capex projects.
